MEDIATION SERVICES

Mediation is a cost effective way to avoid long and drawn out court proceedings. A strong mediator can be helpful in most legal situations, from private family matters to complex disputes. Mediation is entirely voluntary. The mediator acts as a third party, with the aim of improving communication between the disagreeing parties in order to find a compromise, facilitate communication, and reach a settlement of the dispute.
