H. DOUGLAS HUNTER 

H. Douglas Hunter graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Economics in 1979. He graduated from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May of 1983. He clerked for the Honorable G. Bradford Ware from 1983 to 1984. He has practiced with his law firm since that time.

Mr. Hunter is admitted to Louisiana State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State and St. Landry Parish Bar Associations and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Hunter has lectured on numerous occasions for continuing legal education and for select clients on topics arising from workers compensation law. The primary focus of Mr. Hunter's practice includes workers compensation and Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation claims.
